Cancellation & Refund Policy

Akash Kumar believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 3–5 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.
- Akash Kumar does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund or replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the delivered product was not satisfactory.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will be entertained only after the merchant has verified the issue at their end. This must be reported within 3–5 days of receiving the product.
- If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or not up to your expectations, you must report the issue to our Customer Service team within 3–5 days of receipt. The team will evaluate the complaint and take an appropriate decision accordingly.
- For complaints related to products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.
- In case of any refunds approved by Akash Bull Trader Coaching Institute, it will take 3–5 working days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
